Introducing…
Workshops, classes, and events exploring the endlessly fascinating, interconnected world of mushrooms, fungi, and their friends (which is everybody!) with a “hands, hearts, minds, and soul” approach to learning.
Hands-on growing and making will be a big part of our curriculum, with a focus on partnership and collaboration with the natural world.
Topics will include the science of mycology; applications in art, design, and craft; mushroom cultivation and gardening; mushrooms as food and medicine; multi-cultural and traditional use; consciousness, symbiosis, and poetics; and the role fungi can play in addressing the challenges of pollution, species extinction and the climate crisis.
